My Experience
We are a team of professionals who each have over 20 plus year in professional careers and as mentors and coaches. My own path through transition- from military service to getting my MBA to working in corporate organizations and working in federal government leadership and management - coaching individuals and teams through times of change. Those 40+ years of experience have showed me how much clarity confidence and communications shape every successful transition; whether it's changing careers, retiring, or starting out for the first time. It has inspired me to help others go through the same process with compassion and structure. I have helped many clients successfully navigate transitions, negotiate salaries, and improve their career goals.
