My own journey has taken me from military service to earning my MBA, and then to leadership roles in corporate organizations and federal government management. Throughout these 40+ years, I have witnessed how clarity, confidence, and effective communication are critical for successful career growth during transitions, whether someone is changing careers, retiring, or starting their professional journey for the first time. This realization has motivated me to support others in navigating these processes with compassion and structured guidance.
